QUALITY

Through appropriate quality assurance systems Xavier monitors its activities and regularly evaluates whether it is meeting its objectives against the Disability Services Standards and HACC National Standards. Xavier conducts an annual family survey and staff satisfaction survey to review all its services as part of its quality assurance system.

Xavier has also developed a suite of policies and procedures that are communicated to stakeholders and regularly reviewed. The following policies are provided for reference of families:
